General Return Policy:

• Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging. This excludes personalized products and items marked “final sale.”

• Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility. However, we will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error.
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item(s).
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions and Additional Notes:

• Personalized products are not returnable due to their customization. However, we may offer store credit or discounts on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure all customization details are accurate before placing your order.
• We cannot accept returns due to customer error. Please double-check your order carefully before submitting it.
• Our holiday season policy: We strive for timely deliveries during peak seasons, but delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We cannot offer refunds for weather-related delays or other unforeseen events.
